These games were not designed to be paper and pencil activities. Most learners will benefit much more by playing the games with another person. However, a few individuals may feel happier and make better progress using the games as paper and pencil activities. Modifying a game in this way is generally straightforward: The learner takes a paper copy of a game board and writes on it. You will need to decide what information the learner should write down.
